METRO DIARY

It was Barakhamba metro station platform and I was on my way back to my home. Due to some technical problem Metro got stopped there. And I was feeling uneasy inside the coach so I alight there and sat on a bench there. Where already a couple was sitting beside me.
They were talking some love chat and were in very romantic mood. Hugged each other couple of times and boy kissed her on forehead. And eventually moved towards ladies coach and boy literally pushed her in the coach and did adios and flying kiss respectively and moved outside the station.
But due to technical problem, metro stopped there for another five minutes and just before metro took off, that girl came outside running towards that direction where he left which is end side of platform. After three minutes of disappearing her from platform that boy appeared from my side and started looking for her. I understood his situation and told him that MADAM went to that direction and boy started moving towards that direction. I was waiting for metro and another metro came and I stepped inside but still metro got stopped there and I came out again for open air and started moving towards stairs and found that girl coming down from stairs so I stopped by stairs corner. And waited to see if she is looking for him. And yes she was looking for him. So I moved towards her and told her that he was standing there. She said thanks and took a running start for him. They found each other, hugged each other like they wouldn’t meet again and I saw them and took a metro which finally took off for my destination.

For milenge........

METRO DIARY

A group of five people, four dudes and one chilled girl. They were talking about many things. But what made me smiled was,

One dude to another,
Day before yesterday me and my roommate went to have a passport picture in evening, I copied mine in my pendrive in office so when I gave my pendrive to that shopkeeper where I used to go, his mother asked me( who usually sit on cash) that
“You guys knows photoshop na !”
I said “yes”.
Aunty said then
“What to do, to have this type of glow on face as you have in your picture ?”
I said,
“ARAAM &PEACE Aunty ji”.....

I smiled and smiled and smiled....
That dude really had ARAAM &  PEACE
ON HIS FACE.....
and as I was  writing this one, a person named ROHIT SHRIVASTAV sitting next to me who was actually reading the whole story as I was writing. Asked me what I do and all and praised me for what I am doing. He didn’t actually expect a writer from a co-passenger sitting next to him.

METRO DIARY

Last night after attending fabulous opening of GPPRO (multiple brands showroom for cameras & lenses as well as other photography equipment) in Lajpat nagar, I went to see my nephew who was hospitalised in vaishali for past three days because of stomach infection.
Stayed there and when I left it’s already 10:20pm. So walked towards metro and found metro ready on platform, I hoped in sat on the corner of the seat and took out my cell phone and started checking all the notification I had through out the day for all profiles in social media.
I did not know after how much time but internet reception of my cell phone started irritating me so I  lift up my face and looked towards outside of metro window and found we are about to reach RAJIV Chowk so it was very common in tunnel.
When door opens of my coach, a well dressed boy around 5’10height, clean shaved, round face cut, Wheatish complexion, wearing specs entered and sat on another corner of seating space where I was already sat. There was something different about him which caught my eye but I could not see him directly as it would not have made him comfortable. So I have started looking at his mirror image reflecting on the window mirror of the metro in front of us.
He was kind of desperate, irritated, or I thought was not feeling well. May be he had the migraine problem as he was frequently holding his forehead and pressing it or rubbing it. His eyes were like in too much pain. It’s was very difficult to see him in that much pain.
So I thought let me ask him if he needed some help. As I was about to rose up from my seat I saw he was dialling someone’ no. So I left the idea of asking for providing my help.
But kept my eye on him.
But at one point I found him very much uncomfortable so finally I stood and as I moved towards him I saw his phone rang and he started video call with someone. So I stood there and tried to listen if he was needed any help.
What I heard is:-
“”BHAI metro Mein hoon””
Pause
“”Bus ghar aane Wala hai””
Pause
“”BHAI bura haal hai””
Pause
“”saalo ne jyada pila di ab sir dukh raha hai.””

Bus as I heard this my steps towards him moved towards the gate of metro and alight on my destination, And laughed. Couple of co-passengers looked at me like I was a crazy guy.

And I was like
“”Waah re Teri duniya upar wale.
ABHi Aur sikhna hai””
And walked towards my home.

METRO DIARY

“” METRO DIARIES””

Last night on way back to home, The one urban family entered in metro at RAJIV Chowk, Mother, father with their 4-5 year old daughter. Girl was very cute and little naughty but obeying her mother orders. Her father was enjoying seeing her play around the pole in metro. I was also enjoying to watch her play. After sometime when she was tired she sat on lap of her father. And wanted to play some games on mobile. But her father taught her some other game than usual. He gave her an old phone with keypad and taught her how to dial a number(dialed his another no.). Took the call on other handset and started talking to her over handsets. The kid was laughing truly in her essence. And her parents enjoying her laugh like they have all they need, the sign of peace and satisfaction can be seen on their faces. And I yes I too had the satisfaction of seeing something genuine, honest and true emotion.

Life will goes on........

METRO DIARY

“”METRO DIARY””
From the moment I woke up in morning, I had this strange and strong urge to eat chocolate, that I straight went to kitchen and opens my fridger. Although it always fills with various types of chocolates but I was looking for my favourite one( FIVE STAR), which I couldn’t find. So I took one KISSES, ate it and suppressed my urge and sentiments for a while. But as time passes, it was growing like a bamboo tree. And eventually in the way to metro station I bought one FIVE STAR  and started filling my mouth with it while I was walking towards metro station. I was so much enjoying that I didn’t know what was happening around me. Even though I have missed some calls too. But it was necessary to fill the hunger of my urge. So in that process I forgot that, that chocolate spread all
Over my lips and I have reached at metro station. Saw the girl who was walking with me( I think) smiled at me so I smiled back and she showed her finger to wipe off lips then have realised that there is chocolate all over. But I didn’t clean it at first, I rolled my tongue all over my lips and enjoyed that every bit of it and went into my childhood memories that how I used to eat chocolates.  After that I have cleaned my lips with my hanky. And stepped in metro station and then in metro respectively . Suddenly I have realised that, that same girl was looking at me and was smiling lightly. But just then I have started making those funny faces which we always make before sneeze but it couldn’t come. So it happens thrice and she took it in different manner and when I looked back she did the expression which girls always does with their noise when they don’t like something. नाक भाऊँ सिकोड़ना
And I could only laughed in my heart. Although I had closeup smile for a second......

TRAVEL DIARY

“TANNU” an auto driver with whom I met today afternoon at KASHMIRI GATE ISBT after dropping my relatives there. I was looking for an auto to my home back but every other was asking for way too much money and they were not ready to go by Meter. But fortunately when I was thinking for Metro he came and ask me
“”Kaha bhaiya””
I told him my destination and asked him for fare charges, he replied
“” meter se bhaiya””
I replied
“”Bus aapka he intezaar tha””
And entered in his auto. And as you know my nature I have started talking to him as he was too also very talkative.
We were discussing many things and when we passed PUL BANGASH, he just told me that he needs to came back here after dropping me. I asked him why, so he replied that he needs to come back at his in law’s house because his wife and kids are here from past three days. So he will come back and pick his family to his home in Budh vihar. As he started talking about his family he filled with great happiness. He told me that how his son love him so much and he too loves him very much but his son is darling of his grand parents and his mother.  But his life lies in his daughter who is just one and half year old. He told me that he stopped going temples after accident of his younger brother and sister years ago in their very young age. He stopped believing in god but when his wife got pregnant at first he did prayer for a girl but God blessed him with a boy and at second time when his wife got pregnant he started visiting temples and visited many temples in many cities and eventually when he saw her daughter at first he cried like a baby boy. The baby girl and he himself were crying in the hospital like no one else.  Her emotions and teary eyes made me cried a littile bit but just in next moment his commitment towards her daughter studies made me feel proud that we still have people here who does think like him. And in this chit chat we reached at Moti nagar and we both were feeling hungry so I asked him to stop the auto at one place where I have ordered two plate BEDMI POORI and then we both ate it and filled our stomachs.
Felt very good after meeting him. He made my day. God bless him and his family.
